Did you know that what you do in the off season and while you're not playing could have an effect on your game?

Even when you're not golfing, you can do a few simple exercises at home that will get your body in shape to have a lower score and a longer drive.

Many of us ladies start a game or season with a brand new or used golf equipment set, and high scores, low performance, an assortment of aches and pains.
