3 Golf Exercises For Flexibility : Hamstring Stretches

Golf exercises for flexibility by doing three variations of hamstring stretches before you walk a round with your golf equipment. This is actually a set of three different stretches all focusing on your hamstrings.Start with the easiest.

The first one: spread your feet and shoulder width apart or even bit wider. Then bend forward at the waist and try to touch the ground.

Hold position and try to relax your lower back so your upper body just hangs.

Some people prefer to do these golf exercises for flexibility while holding one of thier lady golf clubs by the shaft in both hands in front of them.


Hamstring Stretches
For the second variation, do the same stretch with your feet together.

This will increase the pressure on your hamstrings, so be careful. With all of these golfing exercises for flexibility and stretches you want to be very gentle and slow.

No bouncing to stretch further. Just stretch until you feel a good pull and hold it for a couple of seconds. And than release.

The more you do hamstring stretches the more flexible you will become in the end.

The third hamstring stretch is the most intense and it works to isolate each leg so it is a good one if you have had an injury you are working on recovering from.

To do this one, simply cross your legs before bending at the waist. You will feel the pronounced stretch in your rear leg.

This one can really hurt you, so take it easy to start jut like the other variations above. I'm not responsible for any damage of whatsoever of course :-) Stop when it's too much hurting.
