Popular Golf Grip Techniques
You probably hold your lady golf clubs in a certain manner because you learned it like that. If you are happy with that and play well, keep it that way and don't try to change your grip technique. That's one of the main golf grip tips.
Interlocking Grip
Used a lot by women. Because it's an ideal grip technique for women with shorter fingers. You strech your right little finger and the left fore finger. For left handed lady golfers vise versa.
Overlapping Grip
| |
Suitable lady golf grip for women with strong wrists and arms. Both hands are one. You place the right little finger on the left fore finger or around the knuckel of that finger.
Golf Baseball Grip
Ideal for women with small hands and for people with problems with stiff joints. Because you don't have to cross your fingers or to strech them. You put all your 10 fingers on your club. Just like you hold a baseball bat: with your left and right hand away on the shaft. The club lays in the palm of your hand. It's called the 10 finger golf grip.
