My golf tip on topping the ball when it lies below your feet and you want to avoid topping the golf ball. Most golfers top the ball when it lies below their feet.

My solution is simple, but requires some discipline. Bend your knees and keep your head down during the whole swing sequence.

It will prevent you from falling fowards and from rising up during the back and down swing and thus decreasing the risk of topping the ball.

1. Use a wedge or one of your other high lofted lady golf clubs.

2. Grip the club at the tip of the grip to use the power of the full length.

3. Aim your body and club head to the left of the target.

4. Move the weight on your heels will help from falling.

5. Follow the line of the hill when you make the back swing and keep your head down and steady.

6. Don't rise up when you make the down swing, otherwise you will topping the ball.

7. Look up after the ball is yards away.

You will notice that the follow through will be shorter in this golf tip on topping the ball.
