Lady Golf Warm Up Stretch Tip

Lady golf warm up stretch to become comfortable with all your ladies golf clubs equipment before starting a round. Shoulder stretches are especially important for ladies who tend to swing harder then our male counterparts trying to make up for a disparity in size and strength.

Remember that using lady golf clubs is not about brute force, it is about finesse and form. Being loose and warmed up will be much more beneficial that being stronger. That is the only thing that really matters when it becomes to a 9 or 18 hole round.

If you ever want to test this lady golf warm up stretch theory, try hitting the links after a tough workout at the gym. It will be your worst round of golf ever :-)
